1. The red and blue conveyor uses a special vibration disk with a diameter of 600MM to

 sort the cap and deliver it to the designated position through direct vibration.

2. After the battery is positioned in the assembly line, the battery is in the range to be capped.

3. The mechanical arm automatically takes the material and sends the cap above

 the terminal, and the cylinder presses the cap on the terminal automatically.

4. The frame material is stainless steel, and the conveying method is 304 roller.

5.1x6 and 2x3 batteries are capped twice, and the two cap stations are independent,

 which does not affect the efficiency. Different types of batteries adjust the position

 of the gas shield to adjust the battery terminal and cap in a unified line. The cap

 transmission adopts a mechanical arm to facilitate model switching and ensure the 

stability of the cap.

6. The electric adopts servo motor, Delta PLC control, vibration disk control for 

Chuangyouhu, photoelectric for Pepperl + Fuku and other domestic and

 international well-known brands.
